Applied Health Sciences Fund
The new Applied Health Sciences program prepares students for a professional career within one of several health sciences fields and provide preparation for an advanced degree in applied health science and interdisciplinary education. Your gift to the Applied Health Sciences Fund will help students purchase books and other supplies that they will need to succeed. With your support today, we can ensure that students, whether they are a first-time student in any college, a student transferring from another institution or someone seeking a pathway to degree completion, are set up for success.
Pharmacy Annual Fund
- Ready! Set! Give! Once $2,500 is raised for the Pharmacy Annual Fund, a $1,000 gift from Associate Dean Susan Davis will be unlocked!
Your gift to the Pharmacy Annual Fund will allow us to provide resources where they are most needed to support pharmacy students, such as: reducing the financial burden on student leaders traveling to represent the university at conferences; providing supplies for student research; empowering student organizations in community outreach; and much more.
SAY Physical Therapy Clinic
Our student run SAY Physical Therapy Clinic is a cornerstone of community engagement and student development for the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. The clinic provides free, high-quality care to underserved populations, addressing health and providing a source of referral for several pro bono medical clinics in the area. For Wayne State students, the clinic offers an opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience in an urban setting, develop cultural competence, and grow as empathetic professionals. Your gift to the SAY Physical Therapy Clinic can help provide medical and therapy equipment, facility needs and critical operational support.
