The Championship Fund Helps Athletics provide the Championship Experience!
The year-in, year-out success of all 18 Wayne State athletic teams is beyond evident. In the current 2023-2024 competitive year there has already been 161 Warrior student-athletes representing nine Warrior athletic teams in postseason events. This consistent level of competitive excellence calls for an increasing investment in the overall support for each Warrior student-athlete and team, especially while competing all over the United States on the quest to be crowned national champions! The goal of the Championship Fund is to elevate the experience all Warriors enjoy when going up against the best student-athletes in their respective sports on a regional and national stage. When our Wayne State student-athletes and teams are contending for national championships, our goal is to provide the highest quality of support during the postseason. With your support, the Warrior Championship Experience becomes a reality. The coaching staffs and student-athletes will be able to focus on winning, as every other aspect of their experience will be provided through the Championship Fund!
